Responsibilities Responsible for performing analytical, technical and administrative work in the planning, installation and support of new and existing Unix systems to include all peripherals. Performs O/S Administration. Installs, tests, maintains, documents, and provides technical support for operating systems software. Performs operating systems software product planning evaluation and testing, assists in planning hardware changes. Communicates with application managers and users to determine needs and schedule work, and provides basic training on Unix operating system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or computer related field Required
• In Lieu of degree four (4) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement Required
• 4 years of experience in 7 x 24 Unix system support Required
• In lieu of degree eight (8) years of experience in 7 x 24 Unix system support Required
• Licenses and Certifications None Required
