About The Position

We are seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Cloud Systems Manager to join our IT leadership team, reporting to the Director of Infrastructure, to drive the design, governance, and optimization of our Microsoft Azure cloud environment. This pivotal role is central to our infrastructure transformation, ensuring our cloud architecture is secure, scalable, and supports innovative application development. As a hands-on leader with at least 3 years of experience leading teams, you will guide a high-performing team of cloud engineers, partner closely with development teams to align cloud solutions with their needs, and take a hands-on approach when needed to maintain system excellence. This high-impact leadership role shapes the agility, resilience, and future-readiness of our IT operations. As Cloud Systems Manager, you will be a collaborative leader who builds a high-performing team of cloud engineers, partners with development teams to enable innovation, and ensures our Azure cloud infrastructure is secure, scalable, and reliable. With hands-on engagement and strategic vision, you will drive operational excellence, support application development, and contribute to the agility and resilience of our IT operations.
