About The Position

2 YEAR BASE TERM, WITH POTENTIAL 1-YEAR EXTENSION. PREFERENCE IS ABILITY TO WORK ONSITE IN SACRAMENTO, CA, THOUGH REMOTE WORK MAY BE ABLE TO BE NEGOTIATED.

Requirements

• Seven (7) years of FTE experience with developing and implementing technical solutions to help mitigate security vulnerabilities.
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
• One (1) year of FTE experience in one (1) or more of the technologies listed below: Enterprise Virtual Environment Enterprise Cloud Security Patching & Upgrading

Nice To Haves

• Relevant, up-to-date security and technology certifications (e.g. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CompTIA Security+, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), etc.).
• Experience with Enterprise Virtual Environments and technologies.
• Experience with Enterprise Cloud Security and technologies.
• Experience with patching and upgrading.
• Additional experience with any of the technologies listed below: Enterprise Virtual Environment Enterprise Cloud Security Patching & Upgrading
