Job Objective: To perform all types of operations, assembly, loft and lie, cut and buff, gripping, initial prep, and packout.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Must be able to stand during entire work schedule.
- Must be able to read and comprehend production documents and work instructions.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple shaft and tipping options.
- High quality craftsmanship a must.
Responsibilities
- Perform all types of operations, assembly, loft and lie, cut and buff, gripping, initial prep, and packout.
- Repair work on clubs when needed.
- Actively participate in quality, productivity, and safety programs.
