Club Concierge Clubhouse Reception – The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch Boerne, Texas Every great private club has someone who quietly keeps everything moving. The person who answers the phone before the second ring. Who knows which dining room has availability tonight. Who can coordinate a reservation, a to-go order, and a member request without missing a beat. At Cordillera Ranch, that role belongs to our Club Concierge. This position sits at the center of clubhouse communication and member hospitality, serving as the welcoming presence for members and the coordination hub for dining reservations, to-go orders, and general clubhouse inquiries. If you enjoy hospitality, organization, and being the person who helps everything run smoothly behind the scenes, this is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the daily experience of a premier private club. The Club Concierge is often the first voice members hear and the first person they see when they arrive at the clubhouse. Working closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team, this position manages dining reservations, assists with member requests, coordinates to-go orders, and supports host operations during service. The role requires a calm, organized professional who enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating seamless member experiences. Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, front desk, host stand, or food & beverage service preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with reservation systems and POS software
  • Professional appearance aligned with club service standards

Nice To Haves

  • Private club or luxury hospitality experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and guests with a warm and professional presence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clubhouse inquiries
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
  • Manage dining reservations and special requests through Club Essentials
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Communicate reservation details and special requests to the service team
  • Assist members with to-go orders and coordinate with the culinary team for accuracy and timing
  • Support host operations during busy dining periods
  • Maintain strong knowledge of menus, events, and club offerings
  • Assist with event reservations and member requests
  • Support the Club Concierge Supervisor and F&B leadership with administrative coordination
  • Help ensure clear communication between members, kitchen, and service teams
