Mount Holyoke College’s Athletics Department is seeking part-time Club Coaches to guide our dedicated student-athletes. This is more than just coaching; it’s fostering athletic excellence, leadership development, and personal growth within a collaborative club sports environment. If you have a passion for your sport and a commitment to mentorship, this is your chance to coach a team of motivated, bright student leaders. You’ll be a direct mentor to exceptional student athletes, helping them shape their athletic and leadership journeys. This role requires approximately 6-8 hours per week during the academic year, primarily during weekday evenings. It’s the perfect opportunity for local experts, recent graduates, or passionate individuals seeking involvement outside of a standard 9-to-5. You'll work closely with student-run club boards, collaborating on decisions and fostering an inclusive team culture.
