Position Summary: Clubhouse Bartenders at Bellerive Country Club (“Bellerive”) prepare, pour, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. This role requires knowledge of mixology, including food and wine pairings, and professional wine presentation and service. Bartenders ensure a high-quality experience for Members and guests while complying with all legal and Bellerive requirements. Core Four Competencies: Provides attentive, personalized service to Members and guests, ensuring every interaction reflects Bellerive’s commitment to hospitality and professionalism. Maintains a well-stocked, clean, and organized bar at all times by efficiently completing pre-opening, service, and closing procedures to ensure seamless operations. Prepares and serves beverages accurately and artfully, adhering to established recipes, presentation standards, and safety protocols to deliver a superior experience. Upholds all Bellerive policies and state laws regarding responsible alcohol service, safety, and sanitation while maintaining precise control over inventory and revenue processes.
