Our client, a private hospitality and recreation organization in the Colorado Springs area, is seeking a Clubhouse Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee a multi-outlet food & beverage operation serving an active membership community. You will lead daily operations across a primary dining outlet and several seasonal service points. The ideal candidate brings prior food and beverage leadership experience in a private club or membership-driven hospitality environment. Success in this role requires the ability to build and strengthen member relationships through consistent execution, coach team members with professionalism and accountability, and adapt staffing and service standards with fluctuating seasonal demand.
