About The Position

We are Hiring for experienced Memory Care associates with a passion for caring for individuals with cognitive decline. Must be MA and or CNA. Now Hiring: Part-Time Positions CNA's starting at $18.60/hr CMA's starting at $20.84/hr Shift differential of $1.50 per hour for evenings, overnights, and weekends!! The ideal candidate will: Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion). Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors
Requirements
- Must be MA and or CNA
