Requirements
- A reliable, motivated person who wants to learn and grow.
- Comfort with basic hand tools (or willingness to learn).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- High school diploma or technical‑school training.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Use tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Learn to operate CMMs and advanced form and surface measurement systems.
- Inspect precision components used in high‑performance engines.
- Support engineers and production teams to ensure accuracy and quality.
