About The Position

This position provides direct care and overnight or daytime supervision to residents requiring consistent support. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, long-term care, or similar setting
  • Experience working with medium- to high-acuity clients
  • Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, feeding, toileting, mobility, and personal hygiene
  • Comfortable using assistive devices (wheelchairs, shower chairs, transfer equipment)
  • Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
  • Ability to pass Level 2 background screening
  • Compliance with AHCA requirements per House Bill 531 (2025)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health conditions preferred
