About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, long-term care, or similar setting
- Experience working with medium- to high-acuity clients
- Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, feeding, toileting, mobility, and personal hygiene
- Comfortable using assistive devices (wheelchairs, shower chairs, transfer equipment)
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Ability to pass Level 2 background screening
- Compliance with AHCA requirements per House Bill 531 (2025)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health conditions preferred
