If so, we invite you to join the Nursing Team at White Oak Manor of York as our Part-Time CNA Instructor . White Oak Manor of York is a South Carolina–credentialed CNA training site seeking a qualified RN to instruct and guide nurse aide students through classroom, clinical, and certification preparation. This is a part-time, as-needed position that is active only when a scheduled 5-week CNA class is in session. Schedule during class sessions: Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 3:00pm The CNA Instructor serves as an educator, mentor, evaluator, and advisor , supporting the goals of the Administrator and Director of Nursing related to CNA training, development, and retention.

Requirements

• Current South Carolina RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work professionally with residents, families, staff, and physicians.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of teaching or instructional experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Delivering classroom instruction, clinical training, and skills evaluations
• Preparing students for testing and CNA certification
• Serving as a subject matter expert on South Carolina Nurse Aide training requirements
• Developing, reviewing, and updating CNA training materials, policies, procedures, and forms
• Promoting a positive learning environment that supports student success and professional growth
