The Foundation Health Partners CNA Trainee Program is a paid, full-time training opportunity for 10 individuals who want to care for others and grow their future in healthcare. Trainees learn in a supportive environment while building foundational patient care skills and contributing to a compassionate long-term care setting. Program Details This is a temporary training position for the duration of the program. Trainees learn the foundations of patient care under the guidance of licensed professionals. Participants are expected to remain employed with Foundation Health Partners for at least 1 year after completing the program. Most CNA Trainees are placed at Denali Center following training. While CNA roles may be available in other Foundation Health Partners departments, placement outside of Denali Center cannot be guaranteed Career Pathways at Foundation Health Partners Foundation Health Partners is committed to a grow-our-own approach, supporting employees as they build skills and advance through continued training and education.
