Requirements
- Must Be 16 years old or older.
- Successfully pass the English, Reading and Math Competency Test.
- Must Pass Criminal Background and Drug Screen.
- A passion for caring for people.
- Personal integrity and the ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and other personnel.
- The ability to be discrete and protect the integrity of confidential information and stay within Corporate Compliance and HIPAA.
Responsibilities
- The Training Program consists of classroom instruction and clinical experience.
- Upon completion of the Program the facility will work to help place candidates in full-time or part-time positions.
- 105 hour state approved training
- Clinical patient experience
- On-site Training
- No charge for training
- Training for a high – demand profession
