Requirements

Proven track record as a licensed CNA.
Strong interpersonal communication and basic computer proficiency for digital reporting.
The ability to work with limited supervision while maintaining high safety standards.
High school diploma/GED, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility to ensure client dignity and safety.
Observing client health status (including weekend observations) and monitoring nutritional intake.
Supporting physical therapy exercises and providing adjunct patient care to promote independence.
Ensuring medication reminders are handled with precision and care.
