CNC Machine Operator – 2nd shift

We’re looking for a CNC Machine Operator in our Router department seeking an environment to learn and grow while helping us take play to a higher level. We have full time positions available starting at 2:30pm. What Moves You? We’re not going to lie; this is an amazing opportunity. Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating router and material handling system
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of sheet material, drop material, parts, and work areas relating to the router
• Daily planning to ensure router is running efficiently; using daily worksheet’s material and time information to proactively pull correct materials to the machine area and switch out materials efficiently
• Reading prints and job orders to determine product specifications and producing parts to correct requirements
• Minor machine maintenance
• Inspecting materials prior to cutting or drilling to ensure they meet the Burke Built Quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic to Intermediate Math Skills
• Ability to follow direction and safe operating procedures
• Ability to work independently, be detail oriented and mechanically inclined
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
