About The Position

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our South Bend, IN location with an onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring that CNC machines are operated safely and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our Integrated Supply Chain operations. Requirements

  • At least three (3) years of experience in CNC machining or a related manufacturing field.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations and programming.
  • Experience with quality control processes and tools.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in friction materials or similar products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines to produce friction materials according to specifications.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
