Requirements

2–3 years of CNC machining experience (Haas preferred)
Strong G&M code programming skills
CAM experience (Mastercam preferred)
Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
Knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds for various materials
Solid inspection and measurement skills
High school diploma or GED required
Strong math skills (geometry, trigonometry)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks

Nice To Haves

Journeyman or 2-year technical degree preferred

Responsibilities

Set up, program, and operate Haas vertical/horizontal machining centers and turning centers
Use G&M code and Mastercam to transform complex designs into reality
Select tooling, develop machining processes, and maintain tolerances to ±0.005"
Conduct quality checks and document results with accuracy
Partner with engineers and teammates to improve processes and solve challenges
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
