About The Position
Operate 4 Axis Mill Turn Center to manufacture, at high speed, complex components. Setup less complex components. Program and read programs and tapes to be able to differentiate between each of the 4 axes. Run, edit, and adjust experimental and production tapes using the machine console. Employ extensive knowledge of cutting tools to monitor tool wear during machining cycles. Perform inspection of all operations. Preset tools and perform deburring or other operations as cycle time permits.
