About The Position

CNC Milling Operator Needed! Carroll Construction Supply is in need of a CNC Milling Operator who will assist with setting up and operating CNC milling machines, load and unload materials, and finished parts, read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges, maintain tight tolerances and ensure quality standards are met, monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments, maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow all safety procedures and company policies. Requirements

• 1+ years of CNC milling experience preferred (experience level flexible depending on position)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Familiarity with measuring tools and quality inspection processes
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Haas controls
• Basic G-code knowledge
• Tool change and setup experience
