What we’re looking for: • High school diploma or GED required. • Minimum of six months to one year of manufacturing experience, with leadership experience preferred. • Ability to independently perform setups and machine operations. • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and routings. • Proficiency with measuring tools including gauges, calipers, and micrometers. • Ability to use and understand internal software systems. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Physical Demands: • Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motions. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly. • Work performed in environments with noise, dust, heat, cold, fumes, and occasional exposure to cuts and abrasions. Requirements
