What we’re looking for: • High school diploma or GED required. • Minimum of six months to one year of manufacturing experience, with leadership experience preferred. • Ability to independently perform setups and machine operations. • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and routings. • Proficiency with measuring tools including gauges, calipers, and micrometers. • Ability to use and understand internal software systems. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Physical Demands: • Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motions. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly. • Work performed in environments with noise, dust, heat, cold, fumes, and occasional exposure to cuts and abrasions. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of six months to one year of manufacturing experience, with leadership experience preferred.
Ability to independently perform setups and machine operations.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and routings.
Proficiency with measuring tools including gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
Ability to use and understand internal software systems.
