About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our second-shift production team. In this role, the operator will set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, precision, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of CNC machining experience preferred (lathe, mill, or both)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong math and measurement skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with G-code, M-code, or CNC program adjustments is a plus

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, or multi-axis machines per job order requirements
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Load raw materials, select proper tooling, and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate production
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments
Make machine offsets and minor program edits as needed
Monitor machinery for proper operation and report issues to maintenance or supervision
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area according to 5S standards
Complete production documentation, inspection reports, and quality records
Follow all safety, quality, and company policies during shift
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
