About The Position

Set-up and troubleshoot multi-axis (dual spindle / dual turret) CNC turn / mill
centers to exact dimensional and finish requirements for the products. Review
and edit CNC programs as necessary for quick and successful completion of setup
of these CNC machines. Participate in the Engineering Department efforts on
launch of new products and major process changes.

Requirements

• Requires physical ability and stamina to perform the essential functions of the position, including the ability to walk, stand, lift, carry up to 50 pounds, push, kneel, bend, stoop, reach over and under waist level, twist for extended periods of time on cement or other hard surfaces, etc.
• Demonstrates the verbal and written communication skills necessary to complete forms and take messages in a legible, accurate manner. Be able to communicate in English.
• Five plus years of experience with CNC machining on turn / mill centers with setups and troubleshooting. Experience with Doosan is preferred. Two-year technical school is preferred.
• Ability to use a computer with the following applications: MS Word, MS Excel, E-Mail.
