About The Position

Peraton is currently sourcing a Computer Network Operations professional with malware experience. Responsibilities for this computer science role includes: Develop software programs that have network communications and the ability to persist across reboots Perform agile development, accurately estimate the time to complete tasks and respond to time-sensitive operational requirements Document software designs and explain the performance tradeoffs made. Understand how malware is detected by personal security products and/or network monitoring and evade such detection. Requirements

  • Five (5) years’ experience in software development and a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field of expertise (e.g. Engineering, Physical Science, Computer Science, and Systems Engineering).
  • Three (3) years of experience with MS/MA degree in a relevant field of study.
  • PhD in a relevant field of experience.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with C development and reverse engineering
  • Development on or analysis of Mobile devices (native Android)
  • Strong proficiency in C programming
  • Performing reverse engineering on diverse architectures
  • Vulnerability analysis and research
  • Python
  • Experience in Computer Network Operations to include Computer Network Exploitation (CNE), Computer Network Attack (CNA or computer security experience on Windows, UNIX, or Mobile platforms.
