We’re looking for a business-minded Co-Managing Attorney to jointly lead the organization. This role is primarily focused on strategy, growth, and external engagement, including developing and maintaining relationships with large clients, generating new business, and representing the organization publicly. This position reports to and takes direction from the Board of Directors and operates as a true peer to the Co-Managing Attorney responsible for day-to-day management of staff, internal operations, and administrative systems. Together, the Co-Managing Attorneys set the strategic direction of the organization, guide its legal work, and advance our mission. Ideally, this candidate will have experience in tax exempt law, a strong track record of attracting and retaining clients and public speaking. This role is the extroverted, outward-facing leader for the organization who would lead the charge in speaking at industry events, faith-based organizations, press interviews and other relevant mediums like webinars. This person will serve the legal needs of large clients, guide legal strategy on major projects, and play a central role in expanding the organization’s reach.
