About The Position

The Operations team is focused on leading Insulet’s manufacturing operations in Insulet’s new state of the art high speed automated manufacturing facility in Acton, MA. This candidate works closely with all supporting manufacturing functions to support root cause analysis, process improvement and production execution in the manufacturing facility. The candidate will work regularly with cross-functional teams to solve urgent business-related problems. Typical tasks include leading process efficiency improvement projects, data analysis, and establishing and improving operation processes. An ideal candidate has experience and interest in manufacturing and plant operations.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a BS in, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics or similar field.
Ability to lift up to 20lbs occasionally, 5-20lbs frequently
Required to reach above shoulder frequently and below waist occasionally
Required to push and pull
Required to stand and sit for extended periods of time
Must possess awareness of their surroundings and the ability to safely navigate an active production floor
