About The Position

We are seeking a Coating Associate to prepare tooling for loading and unloading into the washing system and Post Polish machines and unpack and repack tools for internal inventory and outside shipments. This is a crucial role within the organization and a high level of precision and attention to detail is desired.

Requirements

• High School Degree or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and multi-task.
• Demonstrated ability for organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tools for washing.
• Operate the washing system and post polish equipment.
• Pack up tooling for shipment or inventory.
• Maintain production and quality levels.
• Assist in other departments when necessary, including training.
