About The Position

Takes orders and serves beverage items to guests in a timely, friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner using suggestive selling techniques. Is able to take care of several orders at once. Describes all beverage items, prices and methods of preparation Controls guest checks to secure proper payment. Answers general customer inquiries as needed. All other duties as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of previous experience working as a Cocktail Server
• Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license
• Strong knowledge of beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to lift trays of beverage items weighing up to 30 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
• Enthusiastic and energetic
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Will be required to work a flexible schedule which includes nights, weekends and holidays
