About The Position

As a Service Attendant at The Bellagio, your primary responsibility will be to promptly expedite guests' drink orders while providing exceptional beverage and bus service. You will ensure that all duties are performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures. Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Take order, serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable
• Place order, garnish and serve cocktails to guests
• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures
• Answer telephone in service areas and direct calls where necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations and tables
• Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respond effectively to guest inquiries
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
