About The Position

As a Coding Outsourcing Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leading end‑to‑end operational oversight of outsourced acute care coding engagements, including supplemental and total outsource programs. Implementing operational processes that ensure high‑quality, compliant, and efficient coding services. Determining and addressing performance, quality, and vendor‑related escalations to support client satisfaction and revenue objectives. Supporting strong partnerships with consulting teams, contracted vendors, and internal stakeholders. Leading assigned coding teams with a focus on development, coaching, and performance excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of acute care coding management experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 11+ years of acute care coding management experience

Nice To Haves

• Current RHIA or CCS certification
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically
• Proven leader with strong coaching and team‑development abilities
• Master’s degree in HIM, Nursing, or a related healthcare field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and quality‑focused
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
