About The Position
COLD STORAGE WAREHOUSE - PICKING AND PACKING – ICE CREAM DISTRIBUTION Production Department --- Distribution Center, Middletown, PA Shifts Monday-Friday - 2pm to approximately 11pm or until completion Job Summary Consistent Schedule – Average a 45-50 hour workweek each week, Monday through Friday Consistent Shift Every Week – Monday-Friday, 10-hour days. No Weekends. No Holidays. Consistent Overtime Pay – overtime after 40 hours each week Starting wage of $22.64 / hour ; increased to $23.24 after 60 days of positive performance -- $34.86/hour per OT Hour 100% Company-Paid healthcare and life insurance 401K with company match Fully Company-Provided Uniforms Job Responsibilities Picking orders along state-of-the-art, guided product racking to conveyor systems Palletize and prep product for shipping Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers Must observe all safety procedures, Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Other responsibilities as they are assigned. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Warehousing/Forklift experience preferred
