Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in Information Technology, with specific focus on the Microsoft stack.
  • 5+ years of Microsoft 365 engineering and support experience.
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft 365 platforms, including Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint and Exchange.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team with a strong focus on end user experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power platform (Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power B/Fabric).
  • Proven success leading modernization initiatives and cloud migrations for Microsoft 365 services, automations, and core architecture, transitioning legacy systems such as Exchange and Active Directory to cloud-based platforms.
  • Skilled in solving complex integration challenges connecting authentication, collaboration tools, documentation, and business processes across diverse applications.
  • You embrace innovation, proactively exploring and adopting new features, security enhancements, and AI-driven solutions to elevate enterprise collaboration.

Nice To Haves

  • Modern automation experience with PowerShell, Power Automate, Azure Functions, Datadog, etc.
  • Familiarity with Collaboration governance and security tools such as AvePoint, Proofpoint, Jira, etc.
  • Background in AI and AI agent solutions (M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio).
  • Prior experience working in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

  • Function as the Subject Matter Expert for Fitch’s Entra ID, M365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and the Power platform environments.
  • Part of the team that is responsible for the day-to-day engineering and support of all core Microsoft 365 services: SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Power Platform.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and technology partners to integrate M365 collaboration platforms and authentication (Entra ID, SharePoint and Teams) with complex business applications and processes.
  • Drive the continuous enhancement of Microsoft 365 security and compliance posture by designing, implementing, and managing advanced identity, authentication, Purview policies and Conditional Access policies.
  • Proactively evaluate and adopt new user experience and security features utilizing industry best practices including developments in the M365 suite, AI and its application in an enterprise environment.
