About The Position

Hudson Energy Services, LLC is one of the largest retailer energy providers in the US and we are looking for a successful candidate to fill a Collections Analyst role. This position is a hybrid role, the candidate is open to working from home or in the office as needed. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working independently and interacting with other functional areas of the organization daily. The primary responsibilities include reviewing and monitoring end to end credit and collection policies and processes. The successful candidate will need to be a great problem solver.

Requirements

• 1 years of collections or accounts receivable experience.
• Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, efficient, and accurate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure their timely completion.
• Ability to adapt to constant change.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Collection support for various markets
• Review, investigate, and recommend action on past due accounts
• Call customers with large outstanding balances
• Create, manage, and issue specific customer communications (such as drop notices or demand letters)
• Communicate with internal and external business partners to resolve collections related customer issues
• Reconciliation of accounts in case of discrepancies and preparation of reports as needed.
• Identify and help execute process improvements
• Rely on knowledge, training, and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Other duties as assigned
