Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an Electronic/Electrical Engineer 2026 Summer Intern. In this role, you will help coordinate/resolve technical issues across multiple teams. This includes assisting in the preparation of engineering packages, coordinating lab hardware and providing direct support to senior electrical engineers with routine tasks. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience working as a member of a team and must adapt well to a changing environment. The successful candidate will also use his/her background to contribute to design, build and test of hardware products. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in BS degree program or higher in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Basic experience using multimeter or similar measuring instrumentation
  • Must be a US Citizen

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge or experience integrating systems or equipment
  • Experience using multimeter, oscilloscope or similar testing equipment
  • Knowledge or experience using CAD tools such as CREO or similar
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Self-starter and Effective working in a fast-paced team environment
