Materials Management Intern Reporting to: Planning and Purchasing Position Overview: The Materials Management Intern will support the Materials and Supply Chain team by assisting with data accuracy, inventory analysis, purchasing activities, and production tracking. This role provides hands-on exposure to materials planning, procurement, and operational analysis. Projects & Responsibilities: Continue the project of updating purchase part descriptions in EVO, with a focus on standardization, commonality, and consistency Research and compile Country of Origin (COO) information for existing parts, including HTS codes and supporting documentation, to support tariff mitigation efforts Assist with new part setup procedures, ensuring accurate and complete system entries Conduct inventory analysis and provide recommendations for Reorder Levels (ROL) and Reorder Amounts (ROA), focusing on one to two product lines Execute purchase orders under the guidance of the Materials team Track and report production status for defined projects and schedules Learning Outcomes: Exposure to ERP systems and materials data management Understanding of inventory planning and procurement processes Experience supporting compliance-related supply chain initiatives Development of analytical and cross-functional communication skills Manufacturing Intern Reporting to: Production Position Overview: The Manufacturing Intern will support shop floor operations and continuous improvement initiatives by assisting with documentation, process analysis, and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) activities.
