Requirements

3+ years of experience in collision repair management or equivalent
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with estimating software
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the collision repair facility
Manage production workflow, scheduling, and job assignments
Ensure quality control on all repairs and adherence to safety standards
Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners, vendors, and customers
Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team of technicians, estimators, and support staff
Monitor KPIs and financial performance, making improvements where needed
Handle customer issues with professionalism and care
