About The Position

We are a established independent Toyota and Lexus focused collision repair facility in the Chicagoland area. The role of a CSR is to be a single point of contact to customers who's vehicles have ben scheduled to be processed through the collision center. The Ideal Candidate Should be · Able to build relationships with Customers and staff Communicative, welcoming and friendly Committed to growing and learning Confident, professional demeanor and dress appropriately Valid Driver's license and good driving history.   • Multi-Lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers initially.
  • Obtain authorization and explain the repair plan process
  • Facilitate the rental car process.
  • Inspect vehicle with the customer, identify claim-related and unrelated damages.
  • Communicate with customer after repair planning is complete, such as expected completion date, email estimate to customer when appropriate.
  • Update customer with status, when appropriate
  • Contact customer when repairs are complete and set up pickup time/date.
  • Collect payments, explain Customer survey's.
  • Keep work station tidy and professional.
