About The Position
Persons Services Corp’s (PSC) Industrial and Mechanical Group is seeking an experienced Combo Welder to support our rapidly growing division. The Combo Welder will perform a variety of welding tasks on industrial and mechanical projects, including structural and pipe welding. This position requires the ability to work with multiple welding processes while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Requirements
- Previous combo welding experience (structural and pipe preferred)
- Proficiency in multiple welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and Stick
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings
- Knowledge of welding procedures, materials, and fabrication techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills
- Understanding of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to operate hand tools and perform general construction tasks
