This role focuses on building trust, providing expert recommendations, and achieving sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven sales ability with strong closing skills preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused, consultative sales approach
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable using mobile technology and software systems
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required

Responsibilities

  • Build strong rapport with customers and assess comfort needs
  • Recommend appropriate HVAC equipment and service solutions
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Prepare accurate, complete sales proposals for installation teams
  • Clearly communicate product options, pricing, and financing
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements
  • Generate referrals and promote the company’s reputation
  • Maintain knowledge of local market conditions and customer needs
  • Contribute to departmental sales goals and growth initiatives
