As the Comfort Station Attendant, your responsibilities will include providing excellent guest service, keeping the comfort stations clean, stocked, and well-maintained, assisting with amenities, preparing and serving food and beverages, supporting daily operations, and upholding all safety and hospitality standards.

Requirements

Must be a minimum of 18 years old (required).
Current TN ABC license or ability to renew or obtain license (required).
Ability to manage time well.
Must be willing to work weekend, holiday, and evening shifts.
Understanding of restaurant etiquette.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Excellent track record of communication skills working as a team player.
Strong organizational skills with the multiple dining tables and bar seating.
Ability to improvise and make decisions based on business or guest needs.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to bend, stoop, climb stairs, twist, kneel, lift, climb, push, and pull items weighing 55lbs. Must be able to stand and continuously move throughout the workday. Must be willing to work outdoors and be comfortable in varying weather.

Nice To Haves

2 years' experience in full-service restaurant (preferred).
High School Diploma (preferred).

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests using the comfort stations.
Assist guests courteously with any questions, requests, or concerns regarding comfort station amenities.
Serve and sell adult beverages.
Take and enter orders in POS system.
Prepare food items or snacks as requested, following safe food-handling procedures.
Maintain professional appearance, behavior, posture, and hygiene while on duty.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of comfort station areas throughout the day.
Restock supplies such as beverages, condiments, and other amenities as needed.
Ensure outdoor areas around comfort stations remain neat, clean, and free of debris.
Perform regular cleaning to uphold health and safety standards.
Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists to maintain standards of operation.
Ensure all utilities and equipment (lights, fans, TVs, grills, etc.) are turned off at the end of the day.
Monitor the condition of the facility, promptly reporting or addressing maintenance issues.
Support set-up and upkeep of comfort station amenities including refreshments and small equipment.
Attend required staff meetings, including those related to safety and operations.
Maintain inventory levels and communicate when restocking is needed.
Assist with additional duties on property as assigned by the supervisor.
