Coordinate USN and DAF fleet training activities for developmental long range kill chain communication architectures. Plan, organize, and execute long range kill chain test and acquisition events. Represent the program office at various Joint working groups. Provide technical expertise on communications and weapons kill chain programs. Provide written and verbal reports to system developers on potential changes to communications and battle management systems to enable maximum combat effectiveness. Represent program office at warfighter focused virtual training and tactics development events. Utilize observations to make recommendations to system developers. Coordinate and integrate supporting systems critical to DAF Battle Network success including command and control, ISR, communications, weapons, and platform interfaces. Coordinate and advise on the integration of future technologies to include but not limited to special access required components and waveforms. Design, integrate, plan, and report on long range weapons test for large force test events supporting program offices goals. Execute modeling and simulation-based test and analysis. Coordinate and direct a whole of community effort for RDTE, modeling, and prototyping to include UARC, FFRDC, and key technology maturation program offices. Advise in the advocacy and execution of short term and long-term funding. Develop strategic plan for organizational development and education of warfighter tactics and current systems.
