Commercial Attorney (Sales & Supply Chain/Procurement)
About The Position
Atmus Filtration Technologies (NYSE: ATMU), a publicly-traded company headquartered in Nashville, TN, is seeking a mid-level Commercial Attorney to support its sales and procurement/supply chain activities. This role will provide contractual support and practical, business-oriented legal advice across the full commercial lifecycle, working through customer transactions on the front end and supplier, vendor and sourcing arrangements on the back end. The ideal candidate is a versatile commercial lawyer who is comfortable balancing competing priorities, understands how sales and supply chain functions operate and can tailor legal advice to different business stakeholders while maintaining consistent commercial risk standards. This role is located in Nashville, TN and offers the flexibility of a hybrid role (in-office requirement of three (3) days per week).
