About The Position

The Commercial Cleaner is responsible for the general cleaning tasks within the building. They perform a range of duties, including dusting, mopping, sweeping floors, and cleaning restrooms. They also make sure common areas stay fresh by performing routine cleaning every day. Able to do prolong periods of standing and walking and frequent pulling, pushing, and bending. Able to lift up to 25 pounds. Responsibilities

• Performs general cleaning and sanitizing throughout the facility.
• Cleans and disinfects bathrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Wipes and dusts surfaces in facility.
• Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and blinds.
• Empties trash containers into disposal areas.
• Identify potential safety or maintenance issues and report to appropriate supervisor.
• Arrive to work at scheduled time.
• Monitor and order supplies.
• Maintain a positive relationship with employees.
