The Coliseum is a highly active, event-driven facility that hosts a wide variety of functions, including weddings, corporate events, concerts, trade shows, and large-scale productions such as the circus and Komet Hockey games. Because the venue supports such a diverse range of events, the environment is fast-paced and constantly changing. To succeed in this role, housekeeping team members must be flexible, reliable, and prepared to work a variable schedule that often includes evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Each event presents unique cleaning needs, and our team plays a critical role in ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and welcoming for guests at all times. Clean Team Inc. is hiring 3rd Shift Commercial Cleaners in Fort Wayne, IN. This position is ideal for individuals who prefer overnight work and enjoy independent, hands-on tasks in a structured environment. Available Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Location: Fort Wayne, IN 46805 As a commercial cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the Coliseum. Your duties will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing assigned areas to ensure they meet company standards. You will clean and maintain a variety of spaces throughout the facility, including foyers, hallways, breakrooms, restrooms, walkways, stairwells, and arena seating areas. Additional responsibilities include emptying trash containers, replacing liners, and ensuring waste is disposed of properly. You will also restock cleaning supplies and restroom essentials as needed to keep all areas fully functional and presentable. Following safety procedures and company cleaning protocols is essential to maintaining a safe working environment. This role requires the ability to work independently and efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within a designated timeframe. You will also be expected to communicate any issues, supply needs, or maintenance concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation and proof of car insurance are required due to the overnight schedule
• Candidates should have strong attention to detail
