About The Position

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES /RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs any function necessary, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or its equivalent.
  • 6-12 months' related experience or education.
  • Must be detail oriented and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and to meet deadlines.
  • Strong ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel (spreadsheet preparation), as well as general computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business with concentration courses in Accounting and/or Finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Processes and spreads incoming financial information.
  • Scans and/or indexes incoming financial information into document storage database.
  • As required, spreads incoming financial information into LOS system.
  • Uses LOS system to generate and send monthly correspondence requesting updated financial information from commercial loan customers.
  • Assists in maintaining financial statement tracking to ensure that records are current and accurate.
  • Ensures that missing loan documentation is obtained.
  • Perform monthly Quality Control reviews of all new commercial loans pertaining to Credit Administration requirements and needs
  • Monthly monitoring of various Commercial Loan Reports.
  • As assigned, loan portfolio research projects.
  • As assigned, prepares basic cashflow analyses on new and existing credits.
  • As needed, tests covenants for compliance with required standards on existing credits.
  • Assists with the gathering of documentation and required information necessary for the annual third-party loan review.
  • Other credit administrative activities, as assigned.
  • Answers telephone and responds to customer inquiries, within scope of authority and expertise.
  • Protect the confidentiality of non-public customer information (NPCI) and the security of our information technology resources.
  • Adhere to the Bank’s Acceptable Use Policy, participate in security awareness training and successfully pass social engineering testing which are designed to provide the education necessary to enable employees to keep the bank secure.
  • Employee awareness and vigilance are required in following these cyber security best practices and are the most effective weapon we have against cyber threats and fraud.
  • Performs all duties in accordance with prescribed regulatory guidelines.
