About The Position

Sanderson Ford is seeking an experienced Commercial Fleet Service Advisor to join our Commercial Truck & Fleet Service Team. This position works directly with business clients, fleet accounts, and heavy-use customers who depend on fast turnaround times and accurate communication. If you thrive in a high-volume environment, understand commercial truck service operations, and know how to build long-term client relationships, this is a high-impact and high-earning opportunity.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor ( commercial truck advisor experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Ford trucks, diesel engines, and fleet vehicle maintenance
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to manage high call and repair order volume
  • Ability to interpret and clearly explain repair recommendations to commercial clients
  • Professional, customer-focused approach with ability to build trust quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with DMS/CRM systems and OEM service platforms
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Greet commercial customers and fleet drivers professionally, in person and by phone
  • Open, update, and close repair orders with complete and accurate documentation
  • Clearly document vehicle concerns and verify commercial service needs
  • Communicate repair timelines, status updates, and approval requests
  • Coordinate with dispatch and technicians to manage workflow and meet deadlines
  • Present recommended maintenance and repair services
  • Review multi-point inspection results with customers
  • Maintain relationships with business accounts, government clients, and fleet managers
  • Monitor repairs through completion and conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
  • Ensure warranty and repair documentation complies with Ford OEM guidelines
  • Submit and administer fleet billing arrangements
  • Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized service environment
