About The Position

Commercial HVAC Account Executive Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric | Full-Time - In-Office Location: Hobart Compensation: $45k - $60K plus commission opportunities Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning, one of the nation’s largest heating and air conditioning companies, is seeking a high-performing Commercial HVAC Account Executive to help expand our commercial division by driving revenue through repair sales, replacement opportunities, and service agreements. This role is designed for a sales professional who understands the commercial HVAC environment and can build trust with business owners, facility leaders, and property management teams. You will be responsible for developing relationships, identifying opportunities, guiding clients through proposals and approval processes, and closing work that delivers real value.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial HVAC sales or account management
  • A strong background selling repairs, replacements, and service agreements
  • Confidence working with commercial clients and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication and follow-up discipline
  • Experience with proposals, customer documentation, and payment or financing processes
  • The ability to balance relationship-building with accountability and results

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow commercial HVAC accounts across repairs, replacements, and maintenance agreements
  • Build relationships with facility managers, property managers, engineers, and decision-makers
  • Identify customer pain points and turn technical findings into clear business solutions
  • Create, present, and follow up on proposals with urgency and professionalism
  • Manage opportunities from initial contact through close, documentation, and internal handoff
  • Work through payment portals, financing tools, and client approval workflows to keep deals moving
  • Partner closely with service, dispatch, install, and support teams to ensure a strong customer experience
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline visibility, and disciplined follow-up
