Requirements
- 3+ years commercial HVAC/R experience
- Graduate of an accredited HVAC technical program
- Strong competency with: Commercial HVAC (1–50 tons) Refrigeration systems Boilers Electrical/controls
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
- Must provide own hand tools, gauges, meters
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed
- Ability to travel to CT, and MA
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Must be able to climb, kneel, bend, crawl, lift, and stand for extended periods
- Fast‑paced commercial service environment with daily travel across the tri‑state region
Responsibilities
- Service, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems
- Identify system failures and recommend repair or replacement
- Perform work efficiently and in compliance with industry, safety, and company standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, company vehicle, and service documentation
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, dispatch, and team members
- Travel as required throughout NY, CT, and MA
