About The Position

The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a dedicated Overnight Cleaner (Kitchen) to join our team in Longboat Key, FL. This role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our kitchen facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our staff and guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial kitchen cleaning or similar role preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts independently and reliably.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and comply with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, equipment, and surfaces following established protocols.
• Dispose of trash and waste in a timely and sanitary manner.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and dishwashers safely and efficiently.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to kitchen hygiene.
• Work overnight shifts, maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure cleaning tasks are completed on schedule.
