Commercial Kitchen Oil Technician – Greater Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky Area
About The Position
We’re hiring a Commercial Kitchen Oil Technician to join our Cincinnati team! This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance, business needs, and reliability. In this mobile, route-based position, you will service commercial kitchens throughout the Greater Cincinnati Area and Northern Kentucky area, performing fryer oil management, oil filtration, and equipment cleaning using specialized tools and a company vehicle. If you enjoy early mornings, hands-on work, independence, and interacting with customers, this role provides a stable entry point with room to grow.
Requirements
- Must live in either the Greater Cincinnati Area OR Northern Kentucky (e.g., Covington, Newport, Florence, Erlanger, and surrounding communities)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, independent, and able to manage a route
- Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools
- Willing to work early mornings (3:00 AM start time)
- Physically capable — able to lift/push/pull up to 45 lbs
- Solid problem-solving skills and steady under pressure
- Works well with a variety of customers and coworkers
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Smartphone required (for company applications)
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
